Atty. Chu obtained her Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University in 2019. She took her undergraduate studies from the same university where she graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science. She further obtained her Masters in Public Management from the Ateneo School of Government in 2015.
