Atty. Darvin obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Ateneo de Manila University in 2010. He graduated with Second Honors and ranked 8th in his Class. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas in 2006. Before joining the Firm, he was a Senior Associate at Poblador Bautista & Reyes Law Offices, one of the leading litigation firms in the Philippines.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), East Asia Branch. He is also a professor at the Ateneo de Manila School of Law, and gives lectures on commercial and remedial law.

Atty. Darvin has extensive experience in litigation, having practiced before all court levels, including arbitral proceedings. He has handled disputes involving complex, technical, and novel factual and legal issues. Atty. Darvin also gives legal advice on employment, contract, and other legal matters.
