Atty. Kristoffer L. Tiansay

Atty. Tiansay obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Ateneo de Manila University in 2010. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree (Major in Management Economics) from the same university in 2006, and was part of the Dean’s List.

Before co-founding the Firm, he served the Philippine Congress, as Chief of Staff (2013-2014) and Chief Legal Officer (2010-2013) for Representatives of the House. He also taught Mercantile Law at Holy Angel University (2013-2014).

Atty. Tiansay has extensive background in information and communication technology (ICT) laws and regulations.

When he was still a partner of the Firm, he gives advice on the setting up and transactional dealings of ICT companies, to ensure compliance with regulations, reduce conflicts, and maximize economic benefits. He also advised clients on labor standards and disputes and sat in the Boards of Directors of manpower solutions companies. He also advised clients on contracts, government projects, and public-private partnerships and handled real estate and agrarian reform cases, insurance cases, and tax cases.

He left the firm in February 2021 upon his appointment to the Department of Information and Communications Technology, as its Assistant Secretary for Regional Operations and Countryside ICT Development.
